Shortbreak or shortbread?



Ingredient (for base biscuit)
1. 120g wheat flour
2. 50g caster sugar
3. 40g almond powder
4. 100g butter
5. 45g milk powder
You need cutter here. Cutter is the one that make the biscuit square shape.
Like this :















For topping: 
1. 200g brown chocolate
2. 75g white chocolate

Method:
1. Mix all ingredients for the base (not include the chocolate)
2. Pour mixture into mold. Press to compact and flat it. Prick with a fork.
3. Press the cutter into the dough and bake at 180 degrees celsius for 15 minutes.
4. When the biscuit is cook, remove the cutter and let the biscuit cool down.
5. Use the knife or else to open the way to chocolate to flow around the biscuit.
6. Melt brown chocolate and pour over the biscuit.
7. Melt white chocolate and pour on it. Then make your own design.
8. Put the cutter back into the biscuit and put into the fridge for 10 minutes.
9. So 10 min agoooooooo. Remove the cutter and shortbread is ready to eat!

Tapi sebenarnya, ada sorang kawan aku dari Arab *yasalimsalimsalimna ya....* -.- Dia nak resepi ni. Tapi dalam English. Mana aku nak cari ntah? So, aku translate for her. Then, aku tak tahu nak bagi kot mana. Aku post kat sini, then bagi link kat dia. Nah, senang cerita! Korang pun boleh ambil this resepi. Kan? Kan? Kan? KAN?
